One Public service announcement that caught my eye was one of the original G.I. Joe PSA's of not swimming while there is a storm to avoid the risk of getting electrocuted. I think this PSA and other one of G.I. Joe PSA's have a better impact than most other cartoon PSA's because he is closer to a real image of a human being.
I think this PSA would be more effective if Deep six was not wearing a big wet metal suit that could conduct electricity so easily.
